Ok these have to be some of my all-time favorite phots ... they're just so stinking cute! I love CC's papers and they work great with the photos ... great job Haley!
The great thing about flannel is that you can cut into the edge of the fabric then just tear it the rest of the way, giving you a nice frayed edge for lots of texture. So tear up a bunch of nice long strips then cut them to about 6 inches. That gives you enough length to tie a knot around the hoop. After tying all the strips to the hoop, go back and fluff them out to give the wreath lots of fullness. digitizing for embroidery
