Layout #215

Mmmmm by Haley Ross
I just have to tell you that I bought that baby food paper in Utah in 2006. I didn't have kids, but I saw it & couldn't get enough...except there was only one sheet. Here it is, 5 years later. I love it!
Materials: Patterned Paper: American Crafts; Rub-On: Me & My Big Ideas; Baby food Paper: Source Unknown!; Other: Transparency.

Layout #141

Together by Haley Ross
My Auntie Tara (who is pictured in this layout) is a scrapbooker (I actually have lots of scrapbookers in my extended family!). She is what I call a "Cardstock Scrapbooker" meaning she rarely uses patterned paper. And her layouts look great. I rely heavily on patterned paper... this layout only has 3 different patterns and that's pretty minimal for me...
Materials: Cardstock: Coredinations; Patterned Paper: Bo Bunny; Flowers: Prima; Title Sticker: Doodlebug Designs; Buttons: Basic Grey; Transparency: Making Memories

Layout #132

My Papa by Haley Ross
... First of all, I ripped this layout off (well, I adapted it from a single page layout..). And second, I love it. I love it. I love it. And when I showed it to Brian when I got home he said "Hey, that's something different, cool." Love it. And look how few materials this requires? Cheap!
(Do you make your husband look at all of your layouts even though he's seen the pictures? I totally do. Poor guy. I'd die if he made me look at his score cards from golfing...).
Materials: Patterned Paper: BoBunny; Cardstock: Bazzill Basics; Alphabet Stikers: Thickers by American Crafts.

Fat Lip by Haley Ross
Isn't this paper adorable? Yeah, it is! I love it. And intent to use it over & over. And that's rare. So, here is another layout I have finally completed. I have a couple to post today, on my way to 150. I think I can. I think I can. I think I can.
Materials: Cardstock: Bazzill Basics; Patterned Paper: Fancy Pants Designs; Chipboard Alphabets: Cosmo Cricut; Ribbon: Fancy Pants Design; Pen: EK Success Zig Writer

OMG.

Here is a little sneak-peak of the Technique Treasures Wall Hanging Class that is happening on our Weekend To Unwind.
It's Friggin Lovely. I love it. Love it.
There are still a couple spaces left in this class (all other classes are full, sorry!). The class is $48 and includes all supplies (small tool list required). I am so exited to be hosting this weekend.

The prizes for our weekend event and NEW product from My Minds Eye all arrived today as well. I am swimming in it!
Check out 3 new lines below (including the much anticipated Life Stories, which is printed on Kraft paper. And it rocks.)

More daily dose cards (below) to fill your pages. There is a "love you" one that I plan on using a lot. And I am drooling over this paper (multi-packs shown above) it really is as good as it looks. No, better.

This cute Autumn line from Reminisce arrived today! Cute right? Of course the little deer paper (below) is my favourite. There's cute squirrels, acorns & lots of other adorable patterned paper. And then stickers to match (tags, alphabets, animals!)

Its hard to wrap your head around Christmas, especially when it's 26 degrees out. But here it is, starting to arrive already! Making Memories new line Mistletoe arrived this morning, which is totally traditional & has super-cute double-sided paper. And, like they usually do, mm created gorgeous embellishments to match. So, if you're looking to beat the heat, maybe start with a little Christmas paper???

(seriously cute, non?)

This just in...

Cute new company Bella Blvd. had some paper that was so adorable I couldn't say no. Three new lines just arrived today, say hello to Super Stud (their cute robot print is pictured above), Plastino (below) & Camped Out (um, love it!) (Bottom).

If you need a paper-fix or are looking for some retail therapy, this is my #1 recommendation (well, for now).

OMG.

I Burn. I Pine. I Perish.
If you have a little boy you will be knocked over by the great boys stuff in this new line from My Minds Eye (I was.) and if you don't...let's be honest, LOOK AT THIS STUFF! So summer-y. So fabulous. I love all the little pieces, I love the paper (die-cut!) and I love how the coordinating lines give you so many options.
This line made me say "I think I like My Minds Eye MORE than Basic Grey." Yep. I said it. I do. I love them the mostest.

More New Stuff!

Here are two of the three new lines JUST IN from My Minds Eye. I LOVE LOVE LOVE My Minds Eye (if you haven't noticed...). Check out Pretty Please & Andrea Victoria (my fav!).

New! Love love love Kaiser Craft.

I am addicted. And for 3 good reasons...
1. Double-sided.
2. Good price. (Has any one else noticed that most companies are jacking up their paper prices? You'd think they'd be going the other way in a recession.)
3. Lovely. Lovely patterns.

Here are three more lines that we have in store from Kaiser Craft.
Elegance, Jades Garden & Waterberry.
Love, Love & Love.

Layout 022

*at peace by Haley Ross
I haven't posted one of my layouts on here since February 5th. You'd think I quit scrapbooking all together. Not true. I've been scrapbooking more than ever. Simple scrapbooking. And I love it. I am journaling more than ever before, and my albums are filling up fast. I am still a bit of a patterned paper fanatic (I used 6 different papers on this one layout), but I am also using up some of the supplies that have been in my stash forever (I think I bought the confetti stickers in the top right corner in 2004!).
I loved this layout so much I am re-creating it for our Hour Long Layout class tomorrow night (there's still room, and the class is a great deal@ just under $13 for the Class & Kit fee combined.). Call 939 23891 & choose from Girl or Boy paper packs.
Materials: Patterned Papers, Buttons, Brad, Rub-On & Alphabet Stickers: Basic Grey; Confetti Stickers: making memories & Colorbok; Staples: making memories; Cardstock: Bazzill Basics.

New from Crate Paper

I love crate paper. I loved them from the moment I first laid eyes on their textured patternend paper. And like a fine wine, they are just getting better with age....

There are four new lines. FOUR! Blue Hill & Static (shown here) as well as Sweet Branch and Katlin. Each line had great textured, double-sided patterned paper. Also watch for matching die-cuts, buttons, brads, chipboard & rub-ons. I love.

KaiserCraft

A friend of mine tipped me off to this great company from Australia called KaiserCraft (Thanks Char!). And I loved their products so much that I brought in all FOUR new lines!
Rough & Tough (as seen above) is a vibrant line full of earthy & rustic tones. Perfect for creating boyish layouts.
Sorbet, a totally cute girly line.
And lastly, Little Miss & Little Mister, two cute co-ordinating baby lines with loads of great pastel colors.
Did I mention these are all double-sided? Woohoo!
Come see these great paper lines & smart rub-ons to match!
