Layout #244

Spring
Um, I love Mollys beautiful little Easter Dress (My mom picked it up in the States). It was something different than the usual spring colors but it suited her. She was just a tiny little baby last Easter and she was drowning in her 0-3 mos. dress. I got to use a flourish from my new Cricut cartridge (I now own eight!) Straight From The Nest. I bought it & Create a Critter on my trip to Washington for just $35!

Layout #243

Egg Hunt by Haley Ross
I haven't been scrapbooking much. I've only done 3 layouts in the past two weeks....better than nothing. My Easter pictures were all over exposed this year....they look terrible. I had been messing around with my camera and when Brian took all the pictures it was still on the settings I had been playing with. It's hard to scrapbook bad pictures.
Materials: Cardstock & Just The Edge Strips: Bazzill Basics; Rub-Ons: Making Memories: Stickers: Jolees by You & Scenic Route; Ribbon: American Crafts; Other: Tags.

Layout #241

Easter by Haley Ross
There was a moment there when I thought all hope was lost. When I thought I would never feel happy about my layouts again. This is NOT the layout that restored that hope, it's the one I did before. But I still love it because I had a great day scrapbooking with a friend.

Layout #235

Spring Chick by Haley Ross
Um. I love this. I always regret putting effort into pages (the folded border strip) when I am mid-way through them. But in the end, I am happy. The stitching was the icing on the cake for me. And although I was worried it would look cheap & tacky, I am happy I included the card Molly got on her first Easter. Who would have thought I would be so happy with simple Doodlebug patterns & stickers. <3.
Materials: Patterned Paper, Cardstock, Stickers & Clips: Doodlebug Designs, Floss: Bazzill Basics; Alphabet Stickers: Thickers by American Craffts.

Layout #175

Bunny Hutch by Haley Ross
I am so sad about this layout because I think I would LOVE it if I had used a different background paper. I was trying to match the gingerbread & it was a complete miss.

Spring has Sprung!

Spring & Easter products are starting to arrive.... Check out the cute epoxy embellishments from making memories (pictured above). Their Garden Party line is totally cute.
We also LOVE the Imaginisce spring papers (below), double-sided & glittery.

Reminisce Easter papers (pictured below) have a shimmer to them. And they are double-sided. Great for cardmaking, but best of all is the yellow "chicks" paper (come & check it out!) with matching rub-ons & stickers.
